How to Quit Smoking
One of the most admirable things that you will ever do in your life is to quit smoking. It may be a difficult battle, but all it takes is determination and persistence to win.
A good move to start your decision is to remove all the cigarettes and ashtrays in your car, home or workplace. Do not allow people to smoke near you. Change your daily routine, instead of coffee, why don’t you drink tea? Eat breakfast, lunch or dinner in a different place. Take up a new sport or a worthwhile hobby. Take some medications that can stop your urge to smoke. Finally, get counseling and support from your family and friends.
